Guild Overview
Twice ßaked is a raiding guild located on Ursin, a PST server/part of the Shadowburn battlegroup. Our guild is a stable, close-knit group of guys progressing at a fast rate. Our raiding schedule is Monday-Thursday, with raid times starting at 5:00 PST. Our focus at the moment is gearing in heroics and 10 mans in preperation for 25 man content. We are specifically looking for raiders who have 80 epics. Potential applicants should also be familiar with all of the boss strategies up to our point of progression. Please take the time to make sure that you meet these requirements before applying. We don’t and won’t take the time to gear you or educate you on content we’ve already completed.

Expectations
What do we expect of our raid members? Our members are required to be on time for raids. Know their class and their multiple raid specs thoroughly. PVE specs are required for raiding. PVP specs during PVE content is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. During raids, we require that our raiders use consumables to maximize their contributions and provide their undivided attention to the raid and the raid leader/assistants. We also expect our raiders to be proactive in terms of our progression by reading/watching boss strategies. Frequent AFK’ers and those too poor to bring their own consumables need not apply. Maturity is also required. Although we love to have fun and joke around...we aren’t a babysitting service.

Looting
Our looting system for 10 man content is based on a rolling system as well as the 25 man content that has been flagged for farm status. Progressive content drops are awarded based on an DKP system.

Application Process
After a review of your application, you will join the guild as an applicant. As an applicant your performance/attendance will be evaluated by our leadership for a period of 30 days. After 30 days if deemed worthy, you will be promoted to raider status and receive all the privileges extended to a raider of Twice ßaked.
